MIDDLETOWN TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced the continuation of trail construction on Ellis Road in Middletown Township, Bucks County, as part of a local safety improvement initiative.
Beginning Tuesday, July 1, and lasting through Thursday, July 31, a weekday lane closure with flagging will be in effect from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The closure applies to the section of Ellis Road between Fulling Mill Road and Woodbourne Road to facilitate loading equipment and trucks entering and exiting the construction site.
Motorists traveling through the area should anticipate delays and are advised to allow additional time for their commutes. PennDOT has noted that all scheduled construction activities are weather dependent and may be adjusted as needed.
