PennDOT Announces Paving Operations on Two Bucks County Roads

Traffic Restrictions

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has scheduled paving work next week on two major highways in Bucks County that could impact local traffic. Beginning Monday, May 5, and continuing through Friday, May 9, crews will work daily from 9 AM to 3 PM, weather permitting, to improve road conditions in Newtown and Warminster townships.

Drivers should be prepared for lane closures with flagging during work hours on the following routes:

  • County Line Road in both directions between Route 332 (Jacksonville Road) and Madison Avenue in Warminster Township.
  • Route 332 (Richboro Road) between Hanover Street and Holland Road in Newtown Township.

Motorists traveling through these areas can expect backups and delays and are encouraged to plan extra travel time or consider alternate routes.

The project, managed by Flourtown-based Highway Materials, Inc., is funded entirely by state resources.
