Pennsylvania Investors Advised to File Refund Claims Following GS Partners Settlement

Settlement

HARRISBURG, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities (DoBS) is urging residents who invested with GS Partners to file claims for potential refunds by the deadline of May 22, 2025. This opportunity arises from a multi-state investigation that uncovered alleged securities violations by GSB Gold Standard Corporation AG, GSB Gold Standard Bank LTD., and related GS Partners entities.

Under the terms of a coordinated settlement involving state regulators, eligible investors, including Pennsylvanians, may reclaim funds linked to their investments with GS Partners. Claims can be submitted via a secure portal managed by third-party administrator AlixPartners. Detailed information about the process and submission requirements is available on the settlement website at www.gsbsettlement.com.

To file a claim, investors must provide supporting documentation, including proof of identity, GS Partners account details, and evidence of transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and wallet addresses. Additional information such as Know Your Customer (KYC) materials and prior compensation records may also be required.

“This settlement, driven by a multi-state task force of securities regulators in the U.S. and Canada, underscores the commitment to protecting investors and holding entities accountable for potential violations,” the Department stated.

Investors who fail to submit claims by the May 22, 2025 deadline risk forfeiting their eligibility for refunds. The Department of Banking and Securities encourages affected individuals to act promptly.

With the claims process now underway, this settlement represents a significant step toward restitution for impacted Pennsylvanians. Moving forward, the department remains focused on safeguarding the public from securities violations while fostering transparency and accountability in financial markets.
