WILMINGTON, DE — The Delaware State Police are continuing their investigation into a series of thefts at All Saints Cemetery in Wilmington and are seeking public assistance in locating a fourth suspect, identified as 32-year-old Mark Worley.
The incidents occurred between September and November 2024, during which nearly 200 bronze ceremonial vases were stolen from individual gravestones at the cemetery on Kirkwood Highway. Police say four individuals trespassed onto the property after-hours, carrying large bags or backpacks. The suspects allegedly removed the vases, valued at over $100,000, and fled in a vehicle parked nearby.
Through investigative efforts, authorities identified the suspects as Thomas Hudson, Ashley Newcomb, Alonza Mosley, and Mark Worley. On February 19, 2025, Hudson, Newcomb, and Mosley were arrested at a residence in Newark. However, Worley remains at large.
Worley faces multiple felony theft and related charges, and police have made several attempts to locate him without success. Delaware State Police Troop 6 continues to investigate and is urging anyone with information on Worley’s whereabouts or details regarding the case to come forward.
