WYOMISSING, PA — Two individuals are facing charges after police said they were linked to retail theft incidents occurring over multiple dates at a local grocery store.
According to Spring Township Police, officers were dispatched February 25, 2026, to Weis at 2759 Paper Mill Road for a report of retail theft spanning multiple incidents.
Police reported that following an investigation, 43-year-old Robert Matiskella was arrested March 16 and charged with retail theft—taking merchandise and receiving stolen property.
Authorities said 44-year-old Cari Matiskella was also charged in connection with the investigation on March 16 with retail theft—taking merchandise and receiving stolen property.
Police did not specify the total value of the alleged stolen merchandise or the number of incidents involved.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
