The launch represents a major milestone as the first integration of Gift&Go with Konami Gaming’s SYNKROS casino management system.
Gift&Go’s advanced technology allows players to instantly redeem loyalty points for top-tier gifts from leading online retailers directly at slot machines. The system streamlines the customer experience, with merchandise shipped immediately from retailers to recipients. This seamless, in-machine gifting solution is already enhancing guest satisfaction and boosting engagement.
