LANDENBERG, PA — On Saturday, August 3, 2024, officers from the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department responded to a report of sexual assault involving a minor at a residence in West Grove Borough. Following an investigation, German Domingo-Garcia, 18, of West Grove, was arrested.
Domingo-Garcia is charged with multiple serious offenses, including rape of a child, unlawful contact with a minor – sexual offenses, corruption of minors, and indecent assault. The investigation involved thorough interviews and was supported by the Pennsylvania State Police, Avondale barracks.
After his preliminary arraignment with Judge Massey, Domingo-Garcia was transported to Chester County Prison. He is being held on a $150,000 monetary bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Friday, August 9, 2024, at 8:30 am before Magisterial District Court 15-4-04, Judge Seavey.
