Essentially a lifelong resident of Chester County, PA, Matt began his real estate career while attending West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he ultimately ended up graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.Within only six years of earning his real estate sales license, and while simultaneously working at the largest real estate brokerage in Chester County by agent count and residential sales volume, he was recognized by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as an Associate Broker based on his sales production, overall knowledge of real estate and his good reputation for competence, integrity and trustworthiness while fulfilling his fiduciary duty to his clients.Matt’s approach is grounded in data, which allows his clients to make informed decisions. He uses a data-driven method to provide clarity and transparency, helping clients see past the noise of market chatter and national headlines. This ensures they understand exactly what’s happening in their local area.  Active memberships include: National Association of REALTORS®️ (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®️ (PAR), Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®️ and the Commercial Chapter of Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®️.
