BIRMINGHAM TWP, PA — PECO Energy has announced a scheduled tree removal project on Creek Road in Birmingham Township, Chester County, set to begin Monday, July 14.
The work will require a full closure of Creek Road between Meetinghouse Road and Wylie Road from Monday, July 14, through Thursday, July 17. The closure will be in effect daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
During this period, motorists will be detoured to Route 926 (Street Road), U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike), and Brintons Bridge Road. Local access for residents and businesses along Creek Road will be maintained throughout the operation.
Drivers are advised to plan for extra travel time and expect potential delays due to detours and increased traffic in the surrounding areas. All work is weather dependent, and PECO has noted that adjustments to the schedule may be necessary.
