Kaolin Road to Close for Pipe Replacement in Kennett Township

KENNETT TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced that Kaolin Road in Kennett Township, Chester County, will close for pipe replacement beginning Wednesday, October 15.

From 7:00 AM Wednesday, October 15, to approximately 4:00 PM Friday, October 17, Kaolin Road will be closed between Marshall Bridge Road and Round Hill Road. Motorists will be directed to follow a detour using Route 82, U.S. 1, Newark Road, and Route 41. Local access will be maintained, but delays are expected. All activities are weather dependent.
