Fairview Road Closure Scheduled for Pipe Replacement in Chester County

EAST NANTMEAL TWP, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) has announced a scheduled closure of Fairview Road in East Nantmeal Township, Chester County, to facilitate pipe replacement work.

From Tuesday, August 5, through Friday, August 8, Fairview Road will be closed daily from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM between Horseshoe Trail and Route 100 (Pottstown Pike). During the closure, motorists will be detoured via Route 100, Route 401 (Conestoga Road), and Fairview Road.

Local access will be maintained for residents and emergency services up to the work zones. PennDOT advises drivers to plan for additional travel time and possible delays. All construction activities are contingent on weather conditions.
