MALVERN, PA — One of the region’s most glamorous automotive showcases is once again putting its horsepower behind a powerful local cause.

The Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance announced a new charitable donation to Thorncroft Equestrian Center, extending a nearly two-decade partnership that has funneled more than $165,000 into equine-assisted programs that serve children, adults, and veterans with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.

The funds support Thorncroft’s Malvern-based operation, where more than 400 participants each year take part in adaptive riding, recreational programs, and equine-assisted therapy designed to improve mobility, confidence, and emotional well-being.

“With grateful appreciation to the Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance Executive Board and volunteers, we thank them for their support of Thorncroft’s mission to develop the physical and emotional well-being of all people, regardless of their individual challenges,” said Tiffany Meyer, executive director of Thorncroft Equestrian Center. “Their continued generosity allows us to expand access to life-changing equine-assisted services and deepen our impact across the community.”

The Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance, held on the historic Radnor Hunt grounds, is regarded as one of the region’s premier automotive events, drawing collectors and spectators to displays of rare and meticulously restored vehicles. But beyond polished chrome and classic engines, the event has built a reputation for philanthropy, with Thorncroft as a primary beneficiary for nearly 20 years.

“Supporting Thorncroft has always been at the heart of the Concours,” said Michael G. Tillson III, chairman and founder of the Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance. “It is incredibly rewarding to see how the enthusiasm and commitment of our volunteers, entrants, and attendees translate into a meaningful, lasting impact for individuals and families throughout our community.”

Founded in 1969, Thorncroft Equestrian Center has grown into a regional leader in therapeutic riding and equine-assisted services, offering specialized programs for people with a wide range of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, including military veterans.

Organizers also announced the dates for the next showcase, with the 29th Annual Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance scheduled for September 11 through September 13, 2026, again on the historic Radnor Hunt grounds.
