KENNETT SQUARE, PA — LCH Health and Community Services will host its annual Sip, Savor & Support fundraiser on Wednesday, September 17 at Hartefeld National in Avondale, with proceeds benefiting healthcare programs across Chester County.
A Night of Food, Fun, and Philanthropy
This year’s theme, Celebrating the ‘70s – An Outta Sight Evening of Food, Fun & Philanthropy, pays tribute to the decade when LCH first began serving the community. Guests will enjoy a retro-inspired evening featuring live music, themed activities, a disco dance lesson, and a dinner menu reflective of the era.
“Our annual fundraising event is always a great time to connect with those who support LCH,” said Ronan W. Gannon, CEO of LCH. “Celebrating the ‘70s will be an entertaining night to highlight the vital work we’ve been doing to deliver healthcare in Chester County for the past five decades.”
Ticket Options and Activities
Two ticket packages are available. VIP guests receive access to an early cocktail hour and trivia game beginning at 5:30 p.m., while general admission opens at 6:00 p.m. All attendees will enjoy one complimentary drink, themed activities, and opportunities to support LCH through a Wine Pull and additional donations.
Supporting Essential Services
Funds raised will support LCH’s mission to deliver integrated, whole-person healthcare, including primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, dental care, behavioral health services, and social assistance. With locations in Kennett Square, West Grove, and Oxford, as well as telehealth offerings, LCH serves patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
Kate Wickersham, LCH’s director of development, emphasized the importance of community support. “The nostalgic theme of our fundraising event is a unique way to celebrate them and show our thanks for more than 50 years of support,” she said.
Community Commitment Since 1973
Founded in 1973, LCH has grown into a trusted provider of affordable, accessible healthcare. The annual fundraiser has become a signature event, blending entertainment with philanthropy to strengthen health resources for residents across Chester County.
Tickets are limited, and donations are also being accepted for those unable to attend.
