COATESVILLE, PA — A new non-profit coffeehouse is coming to downtown Coatesville, promising to serve as both a gathering space and a center of support for those in recovery. Hope & Coffee, located at 357 E. Lincoln Hwy next to Coatesville Bible Fellowship, plans to open its doors in 2025 with a mission to create a welcoming environment while celebrating and normalizing recovery.
The organization is focused on fostering growth, wellness, and connection in the community. “We desire to provide a safe and comfortable community space to empower growth and wellness,” Hope & Coffee representatives said, emphasizing their goal to shine a light on the realities of recovery.
The coffeehouse aims to become a source of hope through education, connection, employment opportunities, and joyful experiences. Organizers believe this vision will strengthen both the social and economic framework of the community for businesses and residents alike.
To achieve this, Hope & Coffee is actively raising funds and rallying community support. A key fundraising event, Power Tool & Designer Bag Bingo, will take place on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at the Wagontown Fire Company at 412 W. Kings Highway. Doors will open at noon, with games beginning at 1 p.m.
Tickets for the event cost $40 per person, which includes 12 bingo games. Tables of eight can be reserved for $320 if purchased online, while individual tickets at the door will be available for $45, provided space allows. Additional attractions include three special round prizes, a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and a gift basket raffle. Food and drinks will be available, with proceeds benefiting the Wagontown Fire Company.

The organization is encouraging businesses and individuals to support the fundraiser by donating raffle prizes or sponsoring the event. “Every tax-deductible donation will work towards building a stronger community and serve as positive PR for your business,” organizers noted.
Donations can be coordinated through Jodi Mincer at 215-740-0246. All proceeds will aid in the effort to open Hope & Coffee and fulfill its vision of becoming a hub for community and recovery in Coatesville.
Through its unique approach to combining a coffeehouse environment with recovery-focused resources, Hope & Coffee aims to inspire and support a vibrant, connected community.
