WYOMISSING, PA — Wyomissing Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man linked to an allegation involving a fraudulently cashed check earlier this fall.
According to the department, the incident occurred on September 14, 2025. Investigators released an image of the individual they believe may have information relevant to the case, which remains under active review.
Authorities are urging anyone who recognizes the person to contact the Wyomissing Police Department at 610-375-6102. Anonymous tips may also be submitted through Crime Alert Berks by calling 877-373-9913 or by texting 847411 with the word “ALERTBERKS,” followed by the message. Officials request that tipsters reference assignment number 39-25-6703 when providing information.
Police emphasize that all allegations are under investigation, and no charges have been filed at this time. A suspect or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
