SHARON HILL, PA — A 39-year-old Philadelphia woman has been arrested in connection with a retail theft investigation stemming from an incident at a Sharon Hill store last year, according to borough police.
Police said officers with the Sharon Hill Patrol Division responded at approximately 9:12 p.m. November 22, 2025, to the Family Dollar store at 1440 Chester Pike for a report of a theft.
According to the Sharon Hill Police Department, Lisa Joan Dalton was identified during the investigation as one of the individuals allegedly involved in the incident. An arrest warrant was issued November 23, 2025, under docket number MJ-32237-CR-0000152-2025.
Police reported that Dalton was taken into custody Monday, March 2, 2026.
Dalton is charged with retail theft, false identification to law enforcement, false reports to law enforcement, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct, according to the department.
No additional details about the incident were released.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
