WILMINGTON, DE — Wilmington police said a woman was arrested Thursday following a reported altercation involving a knife in the city.
Police reported that officers with the Uniformed Services Division responded around 4:49 p.m. on March 5 to the 1800 block of West 7th Street for a report of a fight involving an individual armed with a knife.
According to police, officers made contact with the people involved in the incident and conducted an investigation at the scene.
Investigators said officers determined that Robyn Harding, 59, allegedly retrieved a knife and threatened a victim during the altercation. Police said Harding was taken into custody without incident.
Authorities reported that Harding has been charged with aggravated menacing, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police said Harding was arraigned in New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and released on $22,000 unsecured bail.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
