WILMINGTON, DE — Authorities are investigating a shooting incident that left a man hospitalized Monday morning in Wilmington.
At approximately 11:51 a.m. on June 23, 2025, Wilmington Police officers responded to a report of a shooting near the intersection of East 23rd and Jessup Streets. Upon arrival, officers located a 42-year-old male who had sustained gunshot injuries.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital and is currently reported to be in stable condition.
