WILMINGTON, DE — A Wilmington man is facing multiple drug-related charges following his arrest last week in the city’s West Center City neighborhood.
According to officials, members of the Wilmington Police Department’s Drug, Organized Crime, and Vice Division were conducting an investigation in the 400 block of Shearman Street on the morning of June 26. Around 10:04 a.m., officers observed what they described as drug-related activity involving a male individual.
Police say they approached and took 34-year-old Nemesis Robinson-Moore into custody without incident. During the arrest, investigators reportedly recovered several items, including approximately 5.81 grams of crack cocaine, 20.36 grams of marijuana, and 22 doses of Naloxone. In addition, officers seized $1,416 in cash and various pieces of drug paraphernalia.
Following his arrest, Robinson-Moore was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and breach of release.
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and released after posting $15,800 secured bail.
All charges are allegations, and Robinson-Moore is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
