NEWARK, DE — Delaware State Police have arrested 21-year-old Isaiah Moore of Wilmington in connection with a series of alleged burglaries at the Iron Hill Corporate Center in Newark.
Authorities say the investigation began after multiple incidents were reported at the corporate complex located at 700 Prides Crossing. Troopers from Delaware State Police Troop 2 and Property Crimes detectives determined that a single suspect was allegedly responsible for a string of break-ins targeting several businesses between August and October 2025.
According to investigators, the first incident occurred on August 13 at approximately 12:20 a.m., when an unidentified suspect entered the building and accessed PC Online but fled without taking any property. A second break-in on September 21 targeted the same business, where various personal items, including credit cards, were allegedly stolen from employees’ desks. The following day, unauthorized purchases were reportedly made using those stolen cards.
On October 4, the suspect allegedly entered the WSFS Bank Administrative Office and removed personal items belonging to employees before fleeing. The following night, an attempted burglary at PC Online was unsuccessful. Between October 9 and 10, investigators say the same suspect entered the Bistro at Prides Crossing and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.
Detectives later identified the suspect as Isaiah Moore through investigative methods and obtained a warrant for his arrest. Moore subsequently agreed to surrender to authorities and turned himself in at Troop 6.
Moore has been charged with wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, four counts of third-degree burglary, attempted third-degree burglary, unlawful use of a payment card over $1,500, twelve counts of theft under $1,500, and two counts of unlawful use of a payment card under $1,500. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 2 and released on his own recognizance.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
