During the arrest, officers reportedly seized 3.5 grams of crack cocaine and approximately 80 grams of marijuana.
Both men have been charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, a felony offense. In addition, police noted that Flowers was wanted on an unrelated matter at the time of his arrest.
Following arraignment in Justice of the Peace Court 11, both suspects were released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
As with all criminal cases, the charges against the defendants are allegations. Both Flowers and El are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
