Who Are They? Police Seek IDs in Kohl’s Theft at Exton Shopping Hub

EXTON, PA — West Whiteland police are asking for the public’s help to identify several individuals they allege may be connected to a retail theft at a major department store along one of Chester County’s busiest commercial corridors.

According to the West Whiteland Police Department, the incident occurred on January 14, 2026, at the Kohl’s store located at 229 West Lincoln Highway in Exton. Investigators said multiple individuals were captured in images related to an alleged retail theft at the store, though specific details about the merchandise involved or its value were not released.

Police have distributed the images in hopes that members of the public may recognize the individuals and provide information that could help advance the investigation. Authorities emphasized that the case remains active and that detectives are still working to determine the full circumstances surrounding the alleged theft.
