West Whiteland Police Seek Suspect in Assault Case

EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted in connection with an alleged assault.

Authorities identified the suspect as 65-year-old Kim Lee Hubbard, described as a Black male standing 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 155 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.

According to police, the warrant was issued on October 17, 2025, under docket number CR-346-2025 by District Court 15-4-03. The incident leading to the warrant involves an alleged assault, though additional details regarding the case have not been released at this time.
