West Whiteland Police Seek Man Wanted on Theft and Fraud Allegations

EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Police Department has announced that a warrant has been issued for a 38-year-old man in connection with multiple theft-related allegations.

According to authorities, Eric David Bartels is wanted on charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception involving false impression, and criminal use of a communication facility. The warrant was issued on September 24, 2025, under docket number CR-315-2025 by District Court 15-4-03.

Police described Bartels as a male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His race was listed as unknown.
