POTTSTOWN, PA — Lower Pottsgrove Township Police have announced that a warrant has been issued for a Philadelphia man accused of making multiple false calls to 911 regarding a residence in the Rolling Hills neighborhood of Pottstown.
According to authorities, 30-year-old Acquille Samir Tucker allegedly placed several calls to emergency dispatchers concerning a home located at 2120 Buchert Road in Rolling Hills, despite knowing the reports were not legitimate. Police say the calls created an unnecessary burden on both the victim and law enforcement officers who responded.
A warrant was issued under Docket No. MJ-38112-CR-0000285-2025 by District Judge Edward C. Kropp Sr. Tucker, who may also reside at 5710 North 7th Street in Philadelphia, is described as a Black male, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities are asking anyone who knows the whereabouts of Tucker to contact the Lower Pottsgrove Township Police Department at 610-326-1508.
