Two Men Hospitalized After Sunday Night Shooting in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, DEWilmington Police are investigating a shooting that left two men injured Sunday evening in the city’s East Side neighborhood.

Authorities said officers were called to the area of Vandever Avenue and Northeast Boulevard around 8:33 p.m. for reports of gunfire. Responding officers located two victims — a 23-year-old man who was transported to the hospital in stable condition and a 26-year-old man who was listed in critical condition.

Police have not released additional details regarding the circumstances of the shooting or possible suspects. The investigation remains active and ongoing.
