Two Arrested in Wilmington Drug Investigation Following Search Warrant Execution

WILMINGTON, DEWilmington Police have arrested two individuals following a drug investigation that led to the recovery of crack cocaine and related paraphernalia earlier this month.

According to authorities, the arrests took place on October 9, 2025, at approximately 10:15 a.m., when members of the Drug, Organized Crime and Vice Division — working with the Crime Gun Intelligence Center and the Safe Streets Task Force — executed a search warrant in the 500 block of North Harrison Street.

During the search, police took 44-year-old Roland Coleman and 43-year-old Carissa Collins into custody without incident. Investigators reported that they recovered 6.67 grams of crack cocaine and various items of drug paraphernalia.

Coleman has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 20 and released after posting $9,500 secured bail.

Collins has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, second-degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned in the same court and released on $7,500 unsecured bail.

All individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
