Three Individuals Charged Following Alleged Assault at Oxford Wendy’s

Police News

OXFORD, PA — Three individuals are facing disorderly conduct and harassment charges following an alleged assault at a Wendy’s restaurant on North Third Street earlier this year, authorities said.

According to the Oxford Police Department, officers responded to the fast-food establishment on April 23, 2025, at approximately 9:47 p.m., after receiving a report of an assault with injuries. The victim, an employee of the restaurant, alleged that three individuals, identified as Victoria Scott, 20, Dennis L. Palmer, 46, and Keisha Webb-Scott, 46, all of Oxford, arrived at the location and assaulted her.

Video footage of the incident, as well as injuries sustained by the victim, reportedly corroborated her account.

Victoria Scott was issued a summons and attended a preliminary hearing on June 24, 2025, at Oxford District Court. However, after failing to pay $250 in bail, along with fines from two unrelated non-traffic offenses, Scott was transported to Chester County Prison.

Palmer also appeared at the June 24 hearing, where he posted $150 bail.

Webb-Scott has a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 19, 2025, at the Oxford District Court.

All three individuals have been charged with the following offenses:

  • Disorderly conduct (engaging in fighting)
  • Harassment (physical contact)

Authorities remind the public that the charges are allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
