Three Arrested in Wilmington Drug Bust – Crack Cocaine and Heroin Seized!

WILMINGTON, DE — Police have arrested three individuals in connection with an alleged drug operation following an investigation on the 1000 block of North Lombard Street. The action concluded with a search warrant executed on June 5, 2025, at approximately 11:08 a.m.

Those taken into custody include 20-year-old Kyan White, 23-year-old Shaquan Koger, and a 16-year-old male juvenile. Authorities reported seizing 9.5 grams of crack cocaine and 0.60 grams of heroin during the operation.

Kyan White has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and is being held at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $25,000 cash-only bail.

Shaquan Koger faces charges including possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity. He was also arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and is detained at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution with bail set at $30,000 cash-only.

The 16-year-old juvenile is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Following arraignment in New Castle County Family Court, he was committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $5,500 cash-only bail.

All charges are allegations, and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The investigation remains active.
