Teen Attack Shocks Kennett Square: Two Juveniles Accused of Assault

KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Two male juveniles are facing allegations stemming from an incident on April 10, 2025, in Kennett Square Borough, where a physical altercation was reported.

According to authorities, the incident occurred at approximately 11:30 a.m. near the 500 block of South Broad Street. A male juvenile told officers that two other juveniles approached him from behind near East Penn Railroad. The suspects allegedly began physically assaulting him using closed fists before pushing him to the ground, where they reportedly continued to strike and kick him.

Following an investigation, Chester County Juvenile Probation filed allegations against the two defendants on May 13, 2025. They are charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
