PARKESBURG, PA — An 18-year-old man faces charges after police responded to a reported incident in Parkesburg earlier this month.
Parkesburg Borough police reported officers were dispatched on March 7 to the 500 block of West Fourth Avenue.
According to police, Mekai Proctor, 18, was later charged with simple assault and related offenses following the investigation.
Authorities said Proctor was arrested on March 8. A preliminary hearing is scheduled to be held at Magisterial District Court 15-3-07.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
