NEW CASTLE, DE — The Delaware State Police are investigating reports of shots fired on Red Lion Road on the night of April 26, 2025.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:53 p.m. when an unidentified vehicle reportedly fired multiple shots while traveling northbound on Red Lion Road. No injuries or property damage have been reported. Officers responded to the scene on April 27 after a delayed report from a homeowner on the 1000 block of Red Lion Road.
During their investigation, police recovered several shell casings from the area but have not identified a suspect or suspect vehicle. No surveillance footage is currently available to aid the investigation.
