Search Underway for 23-Year-Old Wanted in Warrington Theft Case

WARRINGTON, PAWarrington Township Police are asking for the public’s help locating a 23-year-old man wanted in connection with multiple alleged offenses, including retail theft and fleeing from law enforcement.

Authorities identified the suspect as Wilmer Alexander De La Cruz, described as a Black male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

According to police, a warrant for De La Cruz’s arrest was issued on October 8, 2024, by Magisterial District Judge Stacy Wertman under docket number MJ-07302-CR-0000333-2024. He is wanted on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, and fleeing and eluding police.
