According to Delaware State Police, the first incident occurred February 6 at approximately 3:00 p.m. near Wrangle Hill Road in New Castle.

Investigators said two victims traveling northbound encountered a gray SUV being driven erratically. After a verbal exchange, the driver allegedly pointed a handgun at the victims before leaving the area.

According to investigators, a suspect driving a light gray crossover-style SUV allegedly fired a handgun, striking a black BMW twice. Police said the 46-year-old driver and a passenger were not injured.
