WYOMISSING, PA — A 39-year-old woman has been charged in connection with a reported retail theft that police say resulted in thousands of dollars in merchandise being taken from a local store.
According to Spring Township Police, officers were dispatched on February 28 to Ulta, located at 2755 Paper Mill Road, for a report of retail theft.
Police reported that two females and one male allegedly entered the store, filled tote bags with merchandise, and left without paying. Investigators said the total value of the items reported stolen was $7,660.00.
Following an investigation, police said Francsola Rice, 39, was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy.
Authorities did not provide details on the status or identification of the other individuals allegedly involved.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
