SINKING SPRING, PA — A Berks County man has been charged after police said he allegedly committed multiple retail thefts at a home improvement store over several days.
According to Spring Township Police, officers were dispatched on March 3 to Lowe’s, located at 2625 Shillington Road, for a report of retail theft occurring over multiple dates.
Police reported that the total value of the alleged stolen merchandise was $1,832.98.
Following an investigation, authorities charged 49-year-old Cesar Rodriguez-Diaz with retail theft and receiving stolen property, according to police.
Rodriguez-Diaz was taken into custody on March 7, authorities said.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
