WYOMISSING, PA — A Berks County man is facing charges following a retail theft investigation stemming from an incident at a Wyomissing store, police said.
According to Spring Township Police, officers were dispatched on December 31, 2025, to Target, located at 2769 Paper Mill Road, for a report of retail theft.
Following an investigation, police charged 65-year-old Jeffrey Fessler with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Authorities said Fessler was taken into custody on March 8.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
