Retail Theft Charge Filed After Incident at Wyomissing Target

WYOMISSING, PA — A 24-year-old woman has been charged following a reported retail theft at a local store earlier this month, according to police.

Spring Township Police reported that officers were dispatched on March 3 to Target, located at 2769 Paper Mill Road, for a retail theft investigation.

According to investigators, the total reported loss to the store was $167.61.

Following an investigation, police said Jayla Pacheco, 24, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Authorities reported the charges were filed on March 6.

All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
