MONTGOMERYVILLE, PA — The Montgomery Township Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a woman wanted in connection with allegations of financial exploitation involving an older or care-dependent individual.
Authorities say 36-year-old Kavena Rashena Stover is the subject of an active arrest warrant issued on April 15, 2025, under docket number MJ-38118-CR-0000108-2025. The warrant was authorized by Magisterial District Court 38-1-18.
Stover, described as a Black female, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. Police allege that Stover was involved in financially exploiting an elderly or care-dependent person, though specific details about the case have not been released.
Detective Todd Walter is leading the investigation. Anyone with information about Stover’s whereabouts is urged to contact him at 215-362-2301 or submit a tip online.
Police remind the public that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
