Police Seek Wanted Man After Drug, License Violations

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — Lower Moreland Township Police are seeking the whereabouts of a 25-year-old man wanted on multiple drug and vehicle-related charges stemming from a January traffic stop.

According to police, officers conducted a traffic stop on a black Ford F-150 on January 27, 2026, in the 2800 block of Red Lion Road. During the stop, the operator was identified as Kevin Jose Calixto Aguilar.

Authorities allege that Calixto Aguilar was operating the vehicle with an ignition interlock-restricted license that had been suspended and recalled due to violations. Further investigation during the stop allegedly led to the discovery of multiple controlled substances, packaging materials, and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

Police also allege the vehicle was displaying fraudulent Pennsylvania state inspection and emissions stickers.

Calixto Aguilar was taken into custody following the stop. A criminal warrant was later issued on February 5, 2026, under docket number MJ-38208-CR-0000046-2026 by the Honorable Thomas P. Murt. The warrant remains active.

He faces charges including manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance; possession, sale, or use of fraudulent display documents; intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered; possession of drug paraphernalia; operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock; and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked.

Police describe Calixto Aguilar as a Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair and black eyes.

The charges against Calixto Aguilar are allegations. As with all criminal proceedings, he is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
