EXTON, PA — The West Whiteland Township Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with an alleged retail theft at the Kohl’s store on West Lincoln Highway.
According to police, an arrest warrant has been issued for 41-year-old John Clayton Woodward in relation to charges of retail theft and receiving stolen property. The warrants, dated November 12, 2025, were authorized under docket numbers CR-375-2025 and CR-378-2025 by District Court 15-4-03.
Woodward is described as a Black male, approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Police have not released additional details regarding the incident at the Kohl’s store located at 229 West Lincoln Highway.
