EXTON, PA — West Whiteland Township Police are searching for 38-year-old Orlando Yancha, who is wanted on allegations of retail theft and receiving stolen property, according to a warrant issued last week.
Court records show the warrant was authorized on November 25, 2025, under docket number CR-388-2025 by District Court 15-4-03. Police released Yancha’s description to assist in locating him. He is described as a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.
Authorities did not release additional details about the underlying allegations but said the investigation remains active. Retail theft cases in the region have prompted heightened enforcement as local businesses continue reporting losses tied to organized and individual shoplifting incidents.
Police are asking anyone with information about Yancha’s whereabouts to contact the West Whiteland Township Police Department at 610-363-0200.
All charges are allegations, and Yancha is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
