WILMINGTON, DE — Police arrested a Philadelphia man after officers responded to a report of a person with a gun in Wilmington.
Wilmington police reported officers with the Uniformed Services Division were dispatched at approximately 12:05 p.m. on March 5 to the 800 block of West 4th Street.
According to investigators, officers made contact with 34-year-old Terrell Moore at the location.
Police said officers recovered a loaded .380 caliber handgun from Moore’s vehicle.
Authorities reported that Moore was taken into custody without incident.
Police said Moore has been charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.
According to investigators, Moore was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released pending further court proceedings.
All suspects, arrestees, and defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
