ASTON, PA — Upper Chichester Township Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man discovered in a creek behind Stanley Court on Saturday evening.
Authorities said officers responded to the area at approximately 5 p.m. on November 29 after receiving a report of a possible deceased individual. Upon arrival, police located a white male, believed to be between 30 and 40 years old, lying on his back in the creek. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. Investigators have not released information regarding how long the man may have been in the water or whether any evidence suggests foul play. Police described the inquiry as active and ongoing.
