PHILADELPHIA, PA — Authorities are seeking assistance from the public in identifying individuals connected to an alleged assault that occurred in Center City, Philadelphia, earlier this month.
The incident reportedly took place on June 12, 2025, at approximately 10:45 p.m., near the 1500 block of Chestnut Street. According to the Philadelphia Police Department’s Central Detective Division, the complainants were walking in the area when they were allegedly attacked by multiple suspects.
Police stated that the suspects began the altercation by throwing an unidentified liquid on the complainants, followed by punching and kicking them. One of the complainants sustained a large laceration to the head, allegedly caused by an unknown object used by one of the individuals involved.
The Central Detective Division has released video clips and still photos of the suspects in an effort to gather information. Authorities encourage anyone with details pertinent to the case to contact detectives.
The public is advised not to approach the suspects if seen but instead to call 911 immediately. Tips can be submitted confidentially by dialing 215-686-TIPS (8477).
