Philadelphia Man Charged Following Alleged Disorderly Incident in Tullytown

LEVITTOWN, PA — On September 30, 2025, at approximately 1:45 p.m., officers from the Tullytown Borough Police Department were dispatched to the 8400 block of Old Bristol Pike for a report of a disorderly individual.

According to police, the caller reported that 29-year-old Jonathan Feliciano of Philadelphia had driven his tractor trailer onto private property and demanded that the property owner move barriers to allow him further access. Authorities allege that Feliciano verbally threatened the property owner and operated his vehicle in an unsafe manner, striking a utility pole.

When officers arrived and attempted to identify Feliciano, police stated he refused to provide information and shouted obscenities. Officers allege that when they attempted to detain him, Feliciano resisted, prompting the use of pepper spray before he was taken into custody.

Feliciano has been charged with terroristic threats, criminal mischief, harassment, and resisting arrest.

All charges are allegations, and a suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
