KENNETT SQUARE, PA — Kennett Square Police have arrested a 20-year-old borough resident following a Protection From Abuse (PFA) hearing that prompted the victim to report a series of alleged domestic assaults earlier this month.
According to the Kennett Square Police Department, officers took Nathan Rowe into custody on Monday, November 24, 2025, and transported him to Central Booking at Chester County Prison. An arrest warrant had been issued on Friday, November 21, by the Kennett Square Police Department under docket number MJ-15304-CR-0000318-2025.
Police say the case originated on November 6 at approximately 3:11 p.m., when officers responded to a report made in the police lobby. The victim told officers that, following a PFA hearing earlier that day, they were advised to provide details of prior domestic incidents. Investigators allege that Rowe had strangled and punched the female victim in the face and made threatening statements on several occasions at a residence in the 400 block of South Broad Street.
Rowe has been charged with aggravated assault, strangulation, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, corruption of minors, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
Police emphasize that all crimes referenced are allegations, and any suspect, arrestee, or defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
