PHILADELPHIA, PA — United States Attorney David Metcalf announced that Mark Wills, also known by several aliases including “Lorenzo Guerra,” “Alex Harrison,” “kevthompson2009,” “18kevinmcbride,” and “leonardobrickma,” has been indicted on multiple counts related to alleged child exploitation offenses.
Wills, 61, of Hulmeville, Pennsylvania, is charged with three counts of using or attempting to use an interstate commerce facility to entice a minor into sexually explicit conduct, three counts of producing or attempting to produce child pornography, four counts of distributing or attempting to distribute child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography, two counts of cyberstalking a minor, and one count of making interstate threats.
The defendant has been in federal custody since his arrest on August 12, following a criminal complaint and warrant.
According to the indictment, prosecutors allege that between June 2024 and January 2025, Wills used the internet to persuade three minors, all under 18, to engage in and send sexually explicit material. At least one of the victims, authorities allege, was under the age of 12.
The indictment also claims that Wills distributed child pornography online, possessed additional material, and sent electronic threats to one victim and her family if she did not continue sending explicit content.
If convicted on all charges, Wills faces a maximum possible sentence of life in prison.
The case is being investigated by the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the FBI, with assistance from Homeland Security Investigations. Assistant United States Attorney Nelson S.T. Thayer, Jr. is prosecuting the case.
The charges in this indictment are allegations. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
