Parkesburg Man Arrested for Alleged Disorderly Conduct

PARKESBURG, PA — The Parkesburg Borough Police Department has taken a 31-year-old local man into custody in connection with allegations of disorderly conduct and related offenses.

Police officials report that James Joshua Wallace was arrested following an incident on May 28, 2025, in the 500 block of Maple Street. Details of the incident remain under investigation.

After his arrest, Wallace was transported to Chester County Prison for central booking. He is awaiting arraignment and the scheduling of a preliminary hearing, which will be held at District Court 15-3-07.

Authorities reiterate that Mr. Wallace, like all individuals accused of crimes, is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
