Oxford Police Arrest Local Resident on Chester County Bench Warrant

OXFORD, PA — A 28-year-old man was taken into custody by Oxford Police on the evening of April 16, 2025, in connection with an active Chester County Bench Warrant.

Law enforcement officials encountered Ariel Rosa of Oxford while he was seated in a parked vehicle in the 200 block of South Third Street at approximately 10:02 p.m. After confirming the warrant, officers proceeded to arrest Rosa without further incident.

Rosa was transported to the Oxford Police Department, where custody was handed over to Constables for transfer to Chester County Prison.

Authorities have not disclosed additional details about the warrant. Officials reaffirm that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
